Policies not loaded and paid to supplier!!

I took my car in for a service at Renault Melrose. I received a call from them advising me that Liquid Capital said my plan has expired. The service consultant advised me to call the dealership where I purchased these plans and let them handle it with LC. I phoned Renault Alberton and I was advised that someone will call me to resolve this. I was contacted by Summaya, she sent a mail to Jamie Pulvenis from LC. He rep**** to me and said \I have sent your policy doc through to the admin department". A few minutes later he sent another email to Carol (Renault Alberton) stating: \""Please advise the policies will be paid for by dealer on invoice"
