Pleasure working with Tracy

My car broke down yesterday and being that it was Sunday even we had to tow it back home. This morning my warranty towed the car to Renault Pinetown. I spoke to Tracy who booked the car in and told me she would take care of it. I explained to her that we only have one vehicle and that I need it back urgently also that I know warranty does not cover everything and I cannot pay out of my pocket, she told me that she will see what she can do. She called me at 4 pm to say my car is sorted out and she's getting it washed and that I found not have to pay anything and they not even claiming from the warranty. I was absolutely amazed with this service from a car dealership. I know that they were very thorough as my aircon was very rowdy and when I fetched my car it was on and working perfectly. Tracy from Renault Pinetown is an absolute gem. If you have a Renault I suggest you book it in with her for you next service or repair!!!! Take care guys
