Pathetic service from Renault

Bought a Ranault Kwid a year ago with a year's free insurance as part of the deal. Had an accident and the damages were R34 000. Firstly when I wanted to claim Nzalo, the underwriters were under liquidation and are refusing to pay for the repairs. I had to pay out of my own pocket to get my car released from the Panelbeaters and Renault are actually still offering the deal even though they know the insurance company is in trouble, which means they couldn't care less!! Then the car also stood at the Panelbeaters for over a month as Renault could not provide the parts. Then to top it all off I got a hole in my exhaust which apparently is a factory fault that @renault are well aware of but haven't recalled any cars, "they will only deal with individual cases", now while waiting for the part my exhaust has fallen off as Renault does not have stock to replace it. Renault is telling me they can do nothing the stock must come from France. Been waiting since beginning of December. No help only excuses. Spoke to Renault SA absolutely pathetic! Really sad that their after sales service is non existent!!
