Pathetic service from Jewel.

My Renault Kwid was towed to Renault Zambezi with the asssitance of Renault South Africa on 31/1/2022, it arrived around 16:40. No one at the dealership bothered to call me, when i followd up on 31/1/2022 at around 16:55, i spoke to a guy named Jewel, i asked about the car and why no one called me, he said the car only arrived 5 minutes ago, this a blatant lie as the towing personnel already phoned me at 16:44 to say they have dropped the car and have departed the dealership. He was very rude and did not want to explain why no feedback had been given.

Again on 1/2/2022 i had to follow up at around 12:12 and spoke to Jewel, he claimed he called me 5 minutes ago, despite me having no missed calls, he said they had not checked the vehicle and he will inform the technician.

This is pathetic service considerint it was Renault South Africa that suggested i take it there.
