Pathetic service

<p>So I bought a brand new renault sandero in feb 2016 ..the vehicle had cracks on the roof which the dealership didn't see ..I returned the car after 2 days and it took almost 2 months before it got repaired, so I had a brand new car that went for panel beating ...now after 8 months of owning the car ..the cracks have re appeared , once again I took the vehicle back this time saying that I want a replacement and not the same car only to be told that the vehicle has no fault and that renault will not replace the vehicle ..I was told that the car can be sent again for panel beating which im not comfortable with.I am utterly disgusted with renault as this was not the after service I was expecting when I purchased the car . I feel as if I should have never supported renault and that I should not purchase another vehicle from them ever again.</p>
