Pathetic service

I have take my car to Renault Bryanston twice and on both occasions received terrible service. The most recent time I asked them to check my brakes, which they never did. I can now hear metal on metal and need to change my brakes, this started on my trip down to Cape Town (3400km round trip) On the way back my change oil light came on. How is it that my car was in for a service less than 6000 km's ago and the oil needs to be changed? I then tried to call the customer support line and was told that a representative would call me back. It's been a week and I'm still waiting... absolutely useless...
