Pathetic Renault Sales service!

Booked a test drive at Renault Tokai on Saturday 12th May 2018 whom I've dealt with 2 of the sale consultants whom one assisted us by the Name of Mo,he explained features on the vehicle and differences between the Kwid whilst we awaited for our actual agent by the Name of Rammon whom we've completed the application and explained what required documentation was required.

My supp**** documentation first thing Monday of which Rammon confirmed receipt thereof and referred for processing,we then received approval by the next Fay which to our surprise was excellent, however the amount which the finance Person confirmed was R3200,which we were advise! That the Renault Climber was going to be R2500 depends if we qualify for scheme deal.

I was then also advised that extras long-running can be worked into the deal.

When I then asked after our finance approval was done and confirmed that the extra add on's are international kits and comes out like that where as in the brochure they can be added on at an additional cost.

Even our car that we test drove onI the day was in e of the work vehicles which wasis ais panal van converted into a passenger vehicle,understand same motor but I expected that we would test an exact car as in the show room..

No callbacks as promised,having to call back every time to fibf out status if query,Not willing to meet the customer half way,

So the customer service experience I received was extremely poor to mention.

I will not recommend anybody to that branch as the passion to service the client is lost..
