Pathetic Kiger warranty

My complaint seems to have fallen on deaf ears at Renault SA

If in any way, I was responsible for causing damage to the door, I'd admit it and move on.

But, as a caring driver of the car, I take pride in the car as I admire it. I would never over force the door to cause any damage.

My 7 year old granddaughter can't even open the door, so I open and close the door for her.

Renault SA ought to rethink its warranty and resolve my complaint amicably.

It's sad when rich companies take advantage of timid clients.

I deserve better as I'm innocent.The damage needs to be covered by the warranty. Period

I'll never recommend Renault SA to anyone...
