Pathetic customer service

I’m disappointed regarding the bad customer service I’m receiving from Renault Roodeport, the ongoing issue have caused significant inconvenience and despite my attempts to resolve my complaint with the dealership, my complaint have not been taken serious.

I want a courtesy car. The dealer has been having my car for over 3 weeks now, no response from the dealer; I keep calling them for assistance, however I’m not winning
