Pathetic customer service

Useless, useless, useless, Ever sorry I purchased a Renault vehicle. Recently purchased a second hand 2015 model Renault vehicle and just needed to find out whether the vehicle is still covered under the warranty and whether there is any documentation that is needed to register the new ownership of such a vehicle with regard to this warranty but have called all dealerships in Cape town being transferred from one person to another ,being given one number to the other to contact and still nothing, this is pathetic and ever sorry I had made this purchase, never had this issue with my previous Volkswagen vehicle.
