Pathetic Customer Service

We are totally appalled at the so called customer service we have received from Renault Kimberley up to date. They just never return phone calls, they never send through the requested paper work, no matter how many times you call them. They repaired a vehicle that still gives problems, and they are not owning up to their mistakes. What will it take for them to just sort out the issues at hand once and for all?
