Pathetic Customer service

I bought my car at Renault in Mobeni Prestige Motor Cars garage in Durban, they told me that they were running a special I will receive a cash back of 30k as soon as the bank that had financed me has paid them. The bank paid them now they are running away sending me from pillar to post about my cash back all over a sudden no one is taking accountability yet they had added things on the car that were never discussed with me e.g smash and grab and a traker. And I decided to let it slide cause I thought anyway I was going to add them after a month no gift whatsoever now THIS!!! Yesses thier service is pathetic Renault do something about this or is it because am a lady??
