Pathetic after sale service

Not even a one star. I have a 2018 duster which is coming up for 60000klm service the problem I have is it will be due while I'm on holiday in botswana and not close enough to have it doen in SA. After speaking to customer support their solution is I must have the service doen in botswana while I'm away in holiday. The problem is renult Durban south has had my duster for three days to change the one back shock and to sort out a air con problem and been told I might only get the duster back on Monday. What a pity a good product is been messed up by very bad after sale service.
