PASSING THE BUCK DOES NOT KNOW WHAT GOES ON!!

I Honestly do not know what to do anymore. It feels like I have hit this brick wall with Renault Menlyn about 10 times!!! Parts for my car was ordered 18/10/2015. Up until now I have not received any feedback and no one can tell me where these parts are and when my car will be fixed. It is almost 8 weeks now! I have phoned Head Office, I have sat in Christo's office, I have thrown all my toys in Renault Menlyn, talked nicely, posted on Renault SA Facebook - NO RESPONSE!!! <br> <br> Is there SOMEONE that can help me PLEASE!!!!!!<br> <br> Parts numbers: Blower - ***R, O Ring - 92473N8210
