Overheating car

<p>For over four months have been going up and down with Renault Polokwane trying to figure out why my Renault started overheating after coming from a 60000 service , I had to start travel with a bottle of water all because Renault didn't have an answer for me . Now I took the car back agin on the 20th December and guess what , they found the problem and promised to return my car on the 23rd but guess what ? I had to spend my Christmas without my car and I didn't even receive a courtesy call to alert me that I won't be having my car . To imagine I switch from Kia to Renault thinking if I didn't experience any issue with them I doubt I'll have issues with Renault . </p> <p>I'm really defeated with this company really , I've complained and complained but it's like all they say is "you bought the car deal with it " , the after sales customer care is terrible and zero follow up . This was my first year ever spending Christmas without my car , so you can imagine my frustrations this company has serious caused unbearable pain in mylife. </p>
