OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

These 5 bright stars goes to the management and mechanic of the service center of Renault in Paarl. My son in law ,had a breakdown on the road just outside Malmesbury on Thursday 18 July 2024.,with his Renault Kwid. They were towed to Renault Paarl, to sort the problem out. That was almost closing time and we could fetch them. The workshop manager told him that he will sort the problem for him the next day. He was told to get his car at about 15h00 on Friday 19th July 2024. When we got there,the amazement struck me. The mechanic came out and explained to him what the cause was and that he fixed it. The problem turned out that his fusebox got wet and the electronics on his car went wrong. The reason was that the workshop in Vredenburg Renault never put the cover back of his fusebox,after a service. This workshop never accepted responsibility and blamed my son in law. This is a man,who will never touch any part of a car under the bonnet. It shows you what kind of service this Vredenburg service centre delivers. This mechanic in Paarl put a make shift cover on and tied it down with cable ties. It doesn't stop there. When it comes to payment, the bill was R0.00,yes nothing. I've developed a huge respect for these guys. My son in law decided on the spot that he would rather take a 3 hour drive from Lambertsbay to have his car serviced in Paarl than the 1hour 30 min to Vredenburg. I would have done the same. This is service par excellence. Great job guys. I will tell my friends with Renault cars,to have it serviced at your workshop.
