Ongoing Warranty Issues

We have had ongoing warranty issues with the fly wheel, central locking and reverse alarm. Our car has only done 50 000 km and yet it has been back to Renault Pietermaritzburg probably a total of 7 times for warranty issues. We live 45km from Pietermaritzburg and they will not give us a replacement vehicle. This means that each time the vehicle has to go in we have to go down in two cars (90kms), my husband brings me back to work (45kms) and then we go back down to fetch the car (another 45kms) and then drive home in two cars (90kms). This is a total of 270 kms each time. The central locking has been reported 3 times now and this time it has failed completely i.e. the driver's door will not open at all. The dealer has told us that it will take at least a month for the part to arrive!! This means that I have to climb in, and out, through the passenger door of the car each time I use it. We live on a farm with farm gates, which means that by the time I get to work I have climbed in and out of the car 5 times! I don't see how this is acceptable! Surely we should be a) compensated for all the traveling we have to do each time the same warranty item fails, b) given a replacement car whilst we wait for the part to arrive! I have enjoyed my Renault, but with this kind of service and warranty problems I do not think I will be buying another one!
