Ongoing Terrible service by Renault SA

<p>When i bought a car at Renault Kempton Park, bad service was a matter of the day. They kept on lying on when i was going to receive my car. Now it’s due for 15k service, i then again got a hell of bad service from The Glen Renault. I got there around 07:45 and only got a lift to work at 8:45. Then again i was told that they do not care when i knock off from work but they have to wait for all customers' cars to be finished to pick us up all together. Reception consultants does not show interest when you query about their service, instead they give you a strange look like you are crazy. I miss the excellent service i used to get from VW. Unfortunately i am stuck with this car but what I’m sure about, I’ll never in my life ever buy a Renault car. Never again</p> <p> </p>
