Ongoing Renault Duster problems

Our newly purchased Renault Duster 1.5dci 4x4 has turned out a huge disappointment and is once again undergoing major repairs. At 30'000km. its fuel injection system packed up, at 50'000km. its oil pump and turbo unit has given in. There's a persistent miss-fire problem which has never been solved and there's the oil light indicator that lights up randomly despite the car having sufficient oil. All in all the car has already spent 34 days at the workshop for repairs. Customer service from Renault SA during this period has been absolutely appalling. Poor communication, lack of transparency, disinterest, poor ethics, you name it, they are all there.<br> Phoning back is optional in their books. Calls for a courtesy cars are conveniently ignored (Pieter Badenhorst, Jody Osbourne and Jay) Asking for an explanation as to how this happens to a brand new car is met with \It must be something you did"Surely if it where any other brand of car"
