Olivia should not be allowed to answer a phone

This has got to be the absolute worst company to contact or at least phone. More often than not, the switchboard goes unanswered. When it does eventually get answered after ringing for ten minutes the excuses are actually just too much. Today - sorry I was helping an old lady - last week - I was helping an old man and the week before - I was helping an old lady - I kid you not! Useless and *********** - give this Olivia's job to someone who needs a job not one full of hot air and excuses! Disgusting!
