Old maps on new car

I bought a duster in beginning of 2015. I later found that the maps on the media nav is 2012Q4 maps, way older than the motor. I did asked Renault SA for an update (Renault Woodmead directed me there) on the maps but they basically said that I must buy it. Map prices is in dollars, not ZAR which makes it more unattractive.<br> <br> This is a little unreasonable to not receive the maps version that is the same year as the vehicle.
