Number plate no delivered

I bought a renualt clio 4 from Renault bryanston on the 27th of March 2015. They gave me a permit for car because they did not have a number plate for my car. They said I must come after two days to collect my number plate. I went there and there was no number plate. They said it will be available after two days. I did not go after two days. I went there on the day my permit was expiring 17 th of April 2015. My number plate was not available again. They change the date on my current permit to have two days grace which now expired on 19th of April 2015 and they said they will call me. On Monday 20th I had to call them to ask about the number plate they said they will call me. No call on Monday. I even called Renualt SA hoping they will help. They did not help. I called the Renualt SA again Tuesday 21april 2015. The call centre agent I talked to today could no get hold of anyone from renualt bryanstonbryanston today. I Am DRIVING MY CAR FOR TWO DAYS WITH AN EXPIRED PERMIT. If the traffic cops get me I am getting a ticket. Poor service from Renualt Bryanston. I FEEL LIKE RETURNING THE CAR.
