NOT HAPPY WITH SERVICE AR RENUALT SILVERLAKES

Took my car for its 2nd service and all the boxes were ticked, so I guess it means everything was checked. Less than 2 months later,something broke. Had to drive my car with the noise itwas making for a week. It was fixed and now something else broke. Why tickabox if the car was not really checked or serviced correctly. I am very negative and as much as I love my car, I want to give back to Renualt As much as I love the new Koleos, my next car will not be a Renualt
