NOT HAPPY AT ALL

Not happy at all with the service I'm getting from Renualt Rooderpoort.firstly I took my car there for full service and paid for my brake pads to be changed..those brake pads were never changed.I am not getting assistance instead I am put on hold for hours.Finally when a lady called Ruby phones me ,she tells me I need to bring my car to them but they only drop off within 15km radias and they don't pick up which means I can't go to work on that day(highly impossible).I have asked her if she can arrange with @Renault fourways which is closer to work and it looks like the costs will fall to me again.How do I pay for this again.plz advise??,
