NOT ASSISTING ESSENTIAL SERVICE PEOPLE DURING LOCKDOWN.
NOT ASSISTING ESSENTIAL SERVICE PEOPLE DURING LOCKDOWN. This after they put up details on their website stating they assist essential service people. With a person driving more than 100km per day and going over km's on the car we are struggeling 4 days now to book a service. Driving that far everyday means you need to keep your car in good condition - anything can happen on the road!!! We checked the website, saw Renault Centurion is open for essential service - contacted them to no avail. Tried online chat function and got 2 mail addresses for Lucy Kgomoeswana <***> and Mbulelo Ngobese <***> contacted them on Tuesday at 11h30 - both read the email but no response. Followed up with an email on Thursday at 09h03 and both read the email. Got a response that this is forwarded to the attention of 'Whitney Valley' <***> and a disrespectful comment that the phone was not answered when they called. Checked the phone - no calls. Provided 2 cell numbers on Thursday at 09h44 and still heard nothing from them. Followed up again yesterday at 13h05 - NO ANSWER OR PHONE CALL - Again tried online chat and was told - no access to phone or email - please just wait the people will get back to you when they can..... Typical "working from home" clearly means DOING NOTHING ALL DAY and ignoring people who are on the frontlines trying to save SA from the COVID-19. Good going Renault - never again making the mistake of buying a Renault - After sale service SUCKS!!!!
