No steeringwheel

My car went for a service in MAY. i am STILL waiting for my steering wheel to be delivered. This is absolutely terrible service. I cannot see that it can take TWO months for delivery with NO feedback / update from the company. Is this how you deal with all your customers?! If this isn't sorted and NO feedback is given...I will escalate this matter!
