NO SERVICE FROM RENAULT VAAL

I phoned in on 4 November 2015 spoke to Rieka at renault vaal, explained to her that my car needs a service for the 45000km, the car was on 45500km when i phoned her, i asked her if she could please help me on a saturday like this saturday 7 November 2015 as i drive 120km's a day and wont make it to 14 November as she said she only has a spot for me on the 14 November, my friend phones in today speaks to Rieka and says she wants to book a service for tomorrow and low and behold Rieka can help her tomorrow even though she does not have a renault. Why am i getting this bad service from her when i always support Renault Vaal, i even bought my renault from that branch!!! BUT NEVER AGAIN. I will find another dealer that can help me tomorrow just like Rieka said over the phone i must find another dealer so i will.
