No Respect or Response

I do not think I have ever had to deal with such a bad company. My renault stepway that I bought as second hand has got an issue with the timing belt and key mechanism now they are telling me that I must pay in 25% of the final amount as my warranty is voided because someone else made an error with the service book as well I bought extra warranty on the car.

When we bought the car in January 2018 we were never told of the car needing to be serviced in the April or that the car was bought in April 2016, it was not even written in the service/maintenance book. Why was I not told before, while doing previous services with you that the warranty was voided and that I never paid in for services before.

I am still waiting on a response from you since the 13th Of January 2021, I have emailed numerous times asking for a response and still not reply. This is absolutely terrible service. It is now 8th of February and I am still waiting on a response.
