No reponse

I am at a renault dealership. I have waited for more than a hour for a quote! They say my warranty does not cover a seat repair but they do not phone renault south africa. They asks their very rude service mechanic. Still waiting and attempting to phone renault SA to hear whether the warranty is not covered but getting no answer. Wow! Never buy a renault. Might be a good car but you will die when you experience the after service!
