no proper info from Renault branches

I bought a Renault Sandero stepway from renault pietermaritzburg in 2014 with two services included and I took out an extended service plan with as I wanted to have this vehicle as cost effective for the next couple of years. Today I booked my service @ the nelspruit multifranshse branch and on arrival I was informed that I have to pay R 3000-00 as my service expired. Now here in lies the frustration.

When I bought the car the sales consultant informed me that I need to get my service done every 15 000km. in 2015 I booked my first service, I was then informed that I need to make sure that my next service is done either on 30 000km or the date that is written in the service book. No one bothered to inform me that the service expires at a certain date and that I should book before that happens. I don’t work with this on a daily bases and understandably is a bit ******** about these processes. That is why I ask a lot of questions. I have called the Nelspruit branch end of august to find out when I should book my car and even then I was informed to bring the car in on the date in the service book. The Nelspruit branch is adamant that it’s the Pietermaritzburg branch fault for not informing us, the Pietermaritzburg branch feels its Nelspruit’s fault for not informing us correctly when we did the first service and I’m left with the problem of paying R 3000-00. If I don't do the service I lose the warranty on the vehicle. To add insult to injury the extended warranty that Renault Pietermaritzburg sold me is only applicable from 450000km (also not discussed with me) and my car only has 22000 km on, reaching 45000 will take 2 more years at least. calling ********** Renault customer care I found out that option 1 for Renault customers doesn't work and just restarts the recording, finally getting through I was send from post to post and transfers that no one picked up. Finally got info for an email to send my query to I was exhausted and in tears so my husband emailed on my behalf. I still have no answer and was informed to pick up my car at Renault. still no service done and every person just blames the next one. Nelspruit multi franchise made it clear that they will not be servicing my car if I don’t pay R 3000-00. If I was informed and guided in the correct procedures this would have been a different experience, but Renault sales and service people assumes every customer knows all the procedures not even thinking that we don’t deal with this stuff and that this is not our expertise. We rely on their expertise

I wanted to add the picture of the service book but did not want to upload, it states next service october 2016 or 30 000km.
