No Parts Available 2 months +. Dont Buy Renault!!

Our Renault Dynamic was towed in two months ago. The Service Provider Mary Jane telephone number *** keeps telling us that Renault don't have parts. Don't you have a Service Level Agreement with Renault. Does this SLA go on for 2 months I find that very hard to believe. Pathetic service.!!!! Renault why don't you tell your customers that it takes more than 2 months to source a part for your new vehicles!!!! Can totally understand why you don't respond to Hellopeter......It's because you service is pathetic....
