We ordered a towbar. We had to go in and Pay for this upfront which was on the 30th of July. And was promised this will be there the next day. Up untill now we do not have a towbar as promised. We had a weekend away which was paid, we lost that money. We had someone to fit the towbar and paid we lost this. My husband had to phone 3-4 tines a day to find out what is going on. This was with Ruan at Alberton and Head office last week they said that they will consider to have the instalation done with them at no cost. We got a call todaybto say the towbar will be there tiday hut they wilL not cover the cost. Unacceptable...
