No courtesy car
Please be sure to discuss the issuing of a courtesy car with your dealer before signing on the dotted line.
Don't think you will automatically receive one when there's something wrong with your newly purchased vehicle. My Renault 1.5dci 4x4 Duster has had its fair share of problems from the start and has been back to the dealer for lengthy repairs multiple times (all manufacturing faults, still under guarantee)
Customer Care's blunt refusal to issue a courtesy car for the period of repair (8 days already) is shocking and unacceptable.
Be warned!!
