No Communication and Extremely Poor Customer Service

I have been having issues with my Renault Clio Blaze since December 2016. It had on an Engine light that needed to be attended. While Renault Fourways was attending to it they picked up that there was a part that needed to be replaced. I booked in the car in one piece and no one communicated that when they were replacing that particular part in the car the bumper got impacted. I was only informed 2mins before I took back the car.The car had previously been in an accident but I booked in the car when it was fixed. They returned the car with the bumper damaged and I had paid a good sum of money and on top of that the initial problem I booked in the car for was still not resolved. I returned the car to their offices and to my suprise, they then had a pre-booking form to actually make me sign that I am aware that I booked in the car with the bumper damaged. My question was, why wasnt I given that form in the first booking? Only when it was convenient for them then there was procedure. I know the car was previously in an accident and fixed and whether they want to say it was poorly repaired or not. Does this then mean Renault can never be trusted as I booked in my car in one piece and I must now just understand that I should fix the bumper at my own cost? My question is, is it fair treatment that I booked in the car as the customer in one piece. I paid for the issue I had booked in the car for and after that I am still left with a new matter to attend to yet again?I spoke to a lady who clearly to this day doesnt have a clue what customer service is about Rosa Chetty. Oh another thing Stephany (one of the staff members) did mention that she and Rosa Chetty are fairly new in the business that’s why Rosa didn’t really know how to assist because she was uninformed. They only had a meeting on the 9th or 10th of January 2017 to inform them how to handle booking in cars and all. Thats when they emphasised to them the importance of pre-booking forms to avoid the business having to be in a risk such as this. Can they then give me proof that the right procedure took place on 23/12/2016. If they cannot, I need my bumper fixed!

I then decided to log a complaint with the Motor Industry Ombudsman as I felt unfairly treated. The MIO rep**** on the 28th of March 2017 and I received a call from Renault advising they will collect the car the following day. I had to be the one calling and emailing making sure that they pick up the car. Rosa was just reading my emails and not replying. The car was booked in on Monday the 3rd of April 2017 afternoon and they were silent. No update, nothing. I called Rosa on 05/04/2017 at 08h00 and she promised to call me at 08h30 and as usual she never did. Sent her emails, emails were read and never rep****. Only this morning I receive a very unclear communication from them.

When I sent them an email on 03/04/2017 I advised the car was also due for service, nothing is being said about my bumper and if the car has been serviced or not. Apparently there is a seal that has to be replaced but it will only be available in 14 working days. I really am disappointed at how I Rosa Chetty is being put on the forefront of such a big company when she cannot merely inform/update client's about anything timely without being called and emailed 10 times. I wouldnt be this frustrated if everything was explained to me. Can they advise if in everything that has happened they are willing to say this is "customer service" that they can best give to a customer. I am really disatisfied about the way Renault Fourways chooses to do things. It is really a bummer that such a huge company cannot give service. You can never expect a customer not to ask questions if you are never clear about anything. Terrible is an understatement for the service at Renault Fourways. I dont think I could ever advise anyone to do business with them.
