No available parts in south africa and pathetic customer service

There are 2 issues here, parts availability and customer service. On the 4th October 2020 I was in an accident. 2 weeks after my car was at the panel shop I was told that there is not 1 bumper for the Captur in the whole of South Africa for the panel shop to repair my car. I then contacted Renault customer care and they said they would get back to me, I called them again a week later as I heard nothing back from them. Not only was I shocked that a reputable company did not have parts available, but the customer service sucks, nothing was resolved,today 44 days later I got my car back. Pathetic service
