No assistance

There is a problem with the latch on the boot of my Koleos - it won't close and therefore the car won't start. Cannot find anyone at renault who can tell me if this is covered by the warranty. In the meantime they want to tow the car to a dealership 220km away, which I will be charged for if not covered by the warranty and I don't get a replacement vehicle in the meantime. The main reason I bought this car was for the long warranty and roadside assist (what a joke!)<br> I had had every intention of driving Renault for many years to come as I love the actual car, but now NEVER again. Well done Renault, you have lost a new car sale every 4 years for the next (hopefully) 40 years!!
