No after-sales service received

Finding it really difficult to recommend the purchase of any Renault vehicle. The cars themselves are fantastic but the after-sales service is beyond appalling. Have been waiting for parts to arrive from France for roughly 4 months. Renault South Africa is unable to provide an ETA for the parts even after all this time. If possible, please stay away from this brand! Save yourself the heartache - buy a Toyota or Ford!
