No After sales service - CMH Midrand

<p>I drove to the Midrand Dealership to request a trade in on the 13th of June 2016. the sales rep had a look at my car and said he will call me the next day to confrim settlement values from the bank. It has been a week now and eveyrtime I call to follow up with the rep. to find out what is happening he keeps giving me a lame excuse of the "sysytem did not upgrade yet" I then asked to speak to another rep. and he then passes the phone back to the guy that kept on giving excuses. </p> <p> </p> <p>This dealership's service is very poor. </p>
