No _ After Sales Service!!

Purchased my vehicle last year January was told by the sales agent that the vehicle is only due for a service when it reaches 30000km or 1 year whichever comes first. When the vehicle reached 15000km I called Renault Alberton to find out if it needed a service and they said no. The car is a year old and went in for a service and now I was informed that they are unable to assist. Have been trying to get hold of the dealer principal to no avail.

If this is the kind of service Renault provides then they can take their car back!
