Nissan Umhlanga very bad service
Nissan Umhlanga very bad service, I bought a new New Renault Kwid at Kia Umhlanga year 2019 October 10, a dynamic. I had 100km on it. 2months down the line, I took it to Nissan Renault bacause a steering wheel was not straight, hand brake was not holding the car in a parking place in moved. They made be pay for that and said it was not on the warranty. I did my 15000km in June front left side wheel of the car was weeving more to the left when driving, I was asked to pay R250.
On the 16 Feb 2021 I took my car for a 30000 service, with the same problem on the left side, as the car started weeving to the left. I was asked to pay R350. On the 19th Feb 2021, I could hear a sound coming from my left side. I stopped and went for a look on to find that A CONTROL ARM on the left side was broken.
When looking close to the picture is shows that the tear has been there for a long time. At Nissan Gateway they say I hit something in the road, so I must pay R4200 for the part to be fixed.
How unfair to me, they should have picked up this thing when I sent my car to them for fixing. I think this is their money making **** especially to woman like myself. I wish I can take back this car. 1yrs car with so many problems was I sold a default car. I am saddened Thank you
