nightmare at Renault Randburg

And so we decided to buy a car from Renault Randburg and it was the biggest mistake I made. i have no issue with car that i purchased but boy oh boy do i have issues with the service i have received from Renault Randburg. They charged me for things that i wasn't informed fully about. they claimed to have treated my windscreen with some sort of treatment but i can assure none of it was done as i was there and still they charged me for it. It took weeks to iron out all the matters. then our car went in for service and came back and refused to start the next day. i was stuck at my work place for two hours. Basically its been a nightmare dealing with Renault Randburg....
