New Sales Executive
I feel I need to vent my frustration. I was interviewed for a Sales Executive position at DTM Renault in Strand on 9 February 2015, and commenced work on 16 February 2015. I have had a very successful career with both Toyota and Volkswagen and attained high CSI ratings for both companies. During the interview process, De Wet Duvenage (Sales Manager) assured me of good working conditions, helpful staff, co-operative working conditions, excellent incentives, shadow-training on vehicle and product knowledge. Based on his glowing responses I accepted the position when it was offered to me. Between Monday 16 and Saturday 21 February ALL the interview conditions were *******ed! The staff use vulgar language continuously, delivered vehicles while drunk, lean against new vehicles and have NO RESPECT FOR ANYONE, hence their CSI rating is only 70%. Nothing is said to the staff about their conduct. Asked for calling cards, company branded shirts, and most importantly INFORMATION - was told to \F-off and f-ing sell cars"! This has lead to my constructive dismissal on Saturday 21 February 2015. WARNING"
