New Renault Kwid Breakpads to be replaced for 3rd time in one year

I have been driving my Renault Kwid 2017 model for under a year now. In that year I had to replace my disc pads three times. Now it has worn out again after 12 000 km. I don't travel far and cannot fathom how this happens everytime, except that it is a cheap product. The service and feedback is also horrible. We have discussed this before. I am getting between 12 and 14000 km on a set of discpads. The previous time you refferred me to the dealer. Problem not solved. According to the dealer this is normal since the discpads supp**** by Renault are soft. In other words substandard. On the present pads I got 12000 km. I would like Renault to officially comment on this before I take this further. Supaquick gives you a 25000 km warranty on discpads.

Thank you for bringing your concern regarding the discpads to Renault South Africa. Please note that discs and brake pads are not covered by warranty, as these are wear & tear components.

What must I do? I understand it's a cheap product, but I cant keep paying for it. Better brands Breakpads can last triple the duration of the Renault Kwids. I demand a better response and my pads to replaced on Renaults expense.
