New car Faulty

I bought my new Renault Duster from Renault Paarl on Sat 24 January 2015. I noted a few days afterwards that the indicator on this brand new car did not always work. I had numerous road rage incidents in the last week. Other drivers screaming at me. In 3 occasions other drivers almost drove into me for not signalling my intention to turn.

This is a huge safety risk for me and other drivers.

I contacted Renault Paarl on Friday 30 January explaining my dilemma. The salesman , Dian was very helpful and compassionate about my situation and tried to assist.

However Renault Paarl service division refused to assist and said I must wait until they have a time the next week to assist me. I asked them to advise the manager/owner, Pieter .

He just told them, without addressing me that I have to wait until they can sort the car out the next week.

I asked if they can give me another car to use in the interim as I feel unsafe driving this faulty car. They refused.
I was called yesterday (Monday 02/02/2015) by Renault Paarl to bring the car to check it out. They acknowledged the fault and told me I must wait until the part arrives so they will sort it out,
I am shocked
