New application that never came to pass......

<p>I enquired about a car online,the branch manager of kynsa called me.she was very helpful and helped me with a deal on a Renault Clio!this all happened fast towards the end of Nov'16.i was so excited as I was going to get a new ride.then I was informed the demo models were not at the branch &would be delivered.i was told that we needed to act fast before I miss out on the car.Chantelle has been very helpfull &a the service was awesome.she did inform me that she would need to wait for the car to be deliver to her branch I was ok with it an thought it would take max 2days.then a week went by & nothing,mother week went by &astilbe no car.i emailed 6.12.16 asking what's happening.i then called and she said she was waiting for her manage as the car was damaged!friday 9.2.16 I got a call from you HO asking if I got the car I said.no she said she would follow up.moments later I got a Whatsapp from Chnatelle asking if she could get. Silver one for me(keeping in mind from the word go I made my color options clear either black or white)she then got me the white one.i don't see why it fair for me to settle on the silver one!when i made my request known from the word go that i would like a balck or white on.we heading to the middle of December &still no car?i then asked if no other branch had a white one she said they do have but they don't want to give her a car?!?!?i was blown away!i then called the HO to speak to a manager I was informed that there is no manager to speak to!?!?is all of this for real? I have turned down other offers on cars as I stuck to this one.How is it that on other branch is willing to help Chantelle seal this deal???????</p>
