Never will I advise any one to buy Renault clio

I reported that my radio is no longer working (frozen)on the 21of September 2015.they made promises that they have ordered and I kept on checking the progress,sending emails ,calling. all they did was to give me runaround s,it's honestly frustrating to own a renault Clio at this point.until yesterday I communicated with them they said they will give me feedback before end of business but they never did.today I decided to go and check only to find that they didn't order the radio to date.<br> I have never been so angry they all still give me run around they shift the blame .<br> Somebody help I can't anymore
