Never seen such a bad service

Hi,<br> My car was towed to the Renault dealer after it breakdown last month. This authorized renault dealer haven't done anything on 1st week. The 2nd week, they called me to get authorization for striping off the car to find the fault. After my approval, They took TWO Full weeks to strip the car. In the meantime, they haven't called me or send a message about their delays. Even after me calling so many times to the service station and leaving message to whoever lift the phone at service desk. They haven't contacted me. Then after two weeks, they told me that the CAM Belt and one of the piston need to be replaced. I asked them to proceed with the fix. After a week, they told me that the engineers don't have the parts and it has to be get from Johannesburg and they estimated a week. I offered them transportation by collecting from Johannesburg and drop off at their service station which they declined. After a week, today they called me and said, they haven't got the parts from joburg and they are 'Hope full' to get it this week. This is the worst ever service i have seen in south Africa. I will never buy Renault cars again and i will encourage all my friends and family to do the same!!
