Never Buy From Renault SA ( Shocking Service )

I bought a Renault Clio 4 about two months ago. Received on the 1st Nov 2015. Since the car was handed over I have only been receiving bad service. I waited weeks for my registration. I also requested information about modifications for the car and had to follow up at least 3 times before getting a response. I was then offered a opportunity to upgrade the car to a better model, then left for another 2 weeks without getting a response and then told that the car's value has dropped by 40000 in a space of a 1 month. After further inspection, I discovered that the boot was was not properly aligned therefor making scratches on the body of the car ( Note this is a brand new car with me being the first owner ). This was then reported about 3 weeks ago. Photos were taken and no urgency has been app**** to this matter. I was told that the car would be taken in and repaired. I was not given the guarantee to even get a temporary car to drive. This is a defect on the car, I have researched online and this car should have never left the Renault Factory. I dot want this car anymore, as I don't see why repairs needs to e done on a brand new car. Up till now Renault South Africa has not responded.
