Never buy from RENAULT BRIANSTON

<p>We baught a Renault Duster Expolre from this dealership. Was never offerd a test drive in the car, but were happy with all the extras the car came with. On day 1 sent it back as the car had scratches all over. after couple days when we got the car back, sent it back again as the wheel arches were still scratched. finally after getting it back, had the car for only couple days, found issues with the seatbelts, accelerator pedal and a strange whistling sound from the aircon motor kicking in. sent it back. had it for a weekend and nothing was fixed, sent it in again, only to hear the whistling sound is "standard" for the aircon motor in this model... contact with Renault SA, and the dealer principal , only to have blame shifted back and forth, we have coem to a point where we really don't want this vehicle, with all the bad service we had been receiving. So we really want to return the vehicle and get a refund . . . The dealer principal doesn't want to scedual a meeting with a Renault SA representative present to discussa FAIR buy back or return. It apperars a scare and ************ tactic is what they want to go with. Our next step is the Ombudsman, but wished it could be settled before it goes this far.</p>
