NEVER BUY A RENO CLIO 4 BAD BRAKES

I brought a new Clio Renault in July 2013, In December 2013 the warning light came on I called the 24 hour emergency line was advised to bring my car in My car was taken in Dec 2013 the light was reset and advised that it as a factory fault , few week later the light came on again and I took the car in again the light was rest . Then I hear this boiling sound every time I switch my car off , took my car in again was advised it’s the turbo and it does that to cool down. Then my car going in for its first service at 11 591 Km (23/06/2014) am than advised that the brakes need to be replaced , I did not understand this it was a brand new car but never the less I paid for it and left . Than my car key battery goes low after 6 month I take in advised that the battery need to be replaced after 6 month I dnt understand that but never the less new battery was purchase and I was advised that I need to change between my spare and the key I use offered was advised to do this every 6 months. Than in march 2015 the boiling sound became louder , I called in took the car and advised than something wrong than I was advised factory fault with coolant hose than was replaced. Now my car going in for the third service at 37 137 km and am advised that I need to replace front brakes & clutch overhaul and this is on my cost how car a brand new car on such a low mileage within three years needs to replace this it’s a brand new car and am having so my issues with this , this is not my first Reno its my second one I previous own the Reno cli va va voom and I have never experience such issues with it I don’t think that a brand new vehicle should give me so many issue In the mean time I have been researching on my faults .attached are complains of another customs who are having issues , I also have chatted to two of my mates and they are having the same issue Clutch disks wear out after a while. Every time you start the car from a dead stop, you grind off a tiny bit of the "friction material" that is glued to both sides of the disk. After 50,000-100,000 miles, depending on how you drive and what your clutch is made of, you will need a new clutch disk. Basically I want Reno to cover the quote on my brakes and clutch haul , and this is not excitable for a new car THEY ARE LOTS OF COMPLAINTS ON THE NET ABOUT THE BAD BRAKES , THIS IS THERE FEEDBACK. We refer to all previous correspondence regarding the wear on brakes and clutch on your vehicle. We have consulted with Renault Gateway on this matter. The friction surfaces of the brakes and clutch components are considered wear and tear items. This can be confirmed in your Renault warranty handbook. The warranty coverage of these wear and tear components by the manufactures warranty is calculated by age of the vehicle and mileage covered (diminishes over time and mileage). Any Renault contribution during the contractual period can be determined by consulting with your local Dealer, and providing the vehicles VIN and present mileage to the Service Advisor, they will advise you proportion accountable to Renault. We understand that our response may not meet your expectation hence our recommendation that you are at liberty to escalate this matter to the Motor Industry Ombudsman (MIO), an independent government organisation, who’s ruling the larger Motor industry abides with.
